Ersilia Bifulco was born in Cagliari, Italy. She received her degree in Biological Science, and a Master degree in Hygiene and Safety of Food, from the University of Cagliari. She was admitted in the Toxicology Ph.D. program in December 2007. Ersilia is doing his dissertation project in Food Science lab on the analysis of active biological molecules in food samples.
