The research interests are: 1) the study of the epidemiology of food borne deseases 2) the study of the mechanisms antimicrobial activity essential oils.
Biographical Information
Valentina Coroneo has been Researcher of Hygiene since December 2002. Professor of hygene, First Degree corse in Herbal Sciences & Technologies, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Cagliari Professor “ HACCP in hospital”, Specialization School of hygene and Preventive Medicine, Faculty of Medicine.
